![]() ![]() That being the case, the people who stick with webOS are the early adopters who love the software and can see potential in it(see their homebrew community, one of the best communities out there.) This also means they bought their phone in June 2009, which lines them up for a 2 year renewal at the release of the 3VO. Well, there are a large number of WebOS users out in the world, and the majority of them are on Sprint and using the Pre. Anyway, I'm happy so far with the Evo 3D. Rooting looks like a bit of a pain, but maybe someday. Virtual keyboard is ok, but I find myself mis-typing too often. I miss WebOS Internals/Homebrew Community/Preware, card view, physical keyboard. I also wish the battery life were better-though it's still an improvement over the Pre. I wish it were a bit smaller (shorter) so it fit in my pocket better like the Pre. Virtual keyboard is so-so-still getting used to it. NEGATIVES: I don't like super-sensitive power button-I constantly find myself accidentally turning off my phone. Hey, the memory's expandable with microSD! ![]() It's a solid phone unlike the seemingly fragile Pre. Overall, superior hardware without a doubt. The screen is beautiful with its incredibly high resolution. Great to have the weather stats on the home screen without a separate app. ![]() The 3D pictures and video are great - something iPhone users don't have. Nice to have so many apps to choose from including medical apps. POSITIVES: I really like how fast it is compared to my old clunky Pre minus. DejaOffice is much better in many ways than Classic on the Palm Pre though Classic served its purpose well while I had it. Companionlink is working just fine for me. It now has the functionality that I need with Epocrates and Companionlink/DejaOffice. I have become pretty comfortable with my Evo 3D. ![]()
